Can people start at different times?

Yes. Each code starts a Life Agent pass on the day that person redeems it, so this month's recruits and next month's both get their full 3 months. Codes can be redeemed up to 90 days after we send them.

Can people study different papers?

Yes. Every seat covers every live paper (IIQE Paper 1 and MPF exam), so one person can do Paper 1 while another does the MPF exam. They switch paper from the menu at the top of the site.

What if someone leaves before using their code?

An unused code is not tied to anyone, so give it to the next person who joins. Once a code is redeemed, the pass stays with that person's account.

How do the codes work?

Each person creates a free account through the sign-up link we send, opens Pricing, picks the Life Agent pass and enters their code at checkout under "Add promotion code". The pass then costs HK$0 and starts straight away. Anyone who wants longer can pick the 6-month pass instead: the code covers HK$268 of it and they pay the difference.

Do we get an invoice and a receipt?

Yes. One invoice in your firm's name for the whole pack (add your business registration number if you need it on the invoice), and a receipt once it is paid. Nobody on your team pays anything at checkout.

We send one invoice to your firm for the pack.
Once it is paid, we email you one code per person and a sign-up link, within one business day.
Each person starts their Life Agent pass whenever they are ready. Passes never auto-renew.
