Partner Terms

Whenever you share your link, make it clear that you earn a commission, for example "I'm an IIQE Preppartner and earn a commission if you buy through my link." The ready-to-send message on your Refer & Earn page already says this.

• No promises that anyone will pass, and no pass rates or success figures.
• Don't say IIQE Prepis approved by, endorsed by or connected to the Insurance Authority, the VTC, the MPFA or any exam body. It isn't; it's an independent practice site.
• Never share real or recalled exam questions, from IIQE Prep's paid content or from any exam you or others have sat.

Share with people who would want to hear from you: your team, your study group, your students, your followers. No bulk unsolicited messages or emails, and no posting your link where a group's rules don't allow it. In Hong Kong, the direct-marketing rules in Part 6A of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance (Cap. 593) apply to you, not just to us: don't use anyone's personal data to market to them without their consent.

You earn a percentage of each payment made by people who sign up or buy through your link. The standard rate is 25%; your own rate is shown on your Refer & Earn page. Commission is pending for 14 days after each payment and then becomes available. If a payment is refunded or disputed while its commission is pending or available, that commission is reversed.

Self-referrals don't count: there is no commission on your own purchases or on any account you control.

Once you have HK$200 or more available, you can request a payout by FPS, PayPal or bank transfer. We pay requests by hand once a month. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.

Either of us can end the partnership at any time, for any reason. If we end it because these terms were broken (for example spam, false claims or sharing exam questions), any unpaid commission is cancelled. Otherwise, commission that is available when it ends is paid in the next monthly run if it is HK$200 or more.
